Parties attending hearing for an ongoing case (s) are required to keep all information or knowledge gained as a result of their present or interaction with the ombudsman’s office confidential. In this regard, all persons, complaining to the Ombudsman or providing information under the Whistleblower Law or other  laws and policies are prohibited to disclosing to third-party their interaction with the Office of the Ombudsman. Nothwithstanding, the content of this website is a public information that can be downloaded and used freely without penalty.
