Ombudsman Chairperson

The Chairperson sits at the apex of the chart, indicating the post of Chief Executive Officer (CEO). The chairperson’s office shall comprise a technical assistant, one executive secretary, two analysts, an admin assistant, a driver, and a security. It is estimated that seven (7) staffers are needed for the smooth operations of the CEO’s Office.

Ombudsman Compliance/Member

The Ombudsman Compliance/Member, as designated by the chairperson, is the principal deputy to the chairperson. The Ombudsperson for Compliance has oversight for administration and investigation. This office shall be staffed by four persons including a technical assistant, an admin assistant, a driver, and a security. Other tasks/responsibilities of this Office are within other policy documents, such as the Financial Handbook.

Ombudsman Enforcement/Member

The Ombudsman Enforcement/Member, as designated by the chairperson, is the second principal deputy to the Chairperson. The Ombudsman Enforcement has oversight for enforcement and hearing of complaints. This office shall be staffed by four persons including a technical assistant, an admin assistant, a driver, and a security. Other tasks/responsibilities of this Office are within other policy documents, such as the Financial Handbook.

Executive Director

The Executive Director is the head of the secretariat. The Office shall have a Technical Assistant, an Admin Officer, and an Expeditor. The program and administrative staff will report to the Executive Director through their respective supervisors/directors as seen on the organization chart.
